The Nissan Pathfinder has always been one of the most popular SUVs in its segment. What used to be a rugged SUV built on a full-scale ladder chassis is today a sport utility vehicle that stands out with its comfort, reliability, safety, versatility and interior space.
Able to accommodate the needs of a large family while being reliable, the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder is certainly an SUV to consider for those who need space, but do not necessarily want a minivan.
The Nissan Pathfinder was significantly improved last year with a new infotainment system, even more comprehensive security technologies, a more powerful engine and more. This year, the new 2019 Nissan Pathfinder comes in four versions with plenty of equipment in each model.
The various versions of the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder feature high-end features such as front and rear heated seats, heated steering wheel from the second version, ventilated seats, navigation system, multi-zone air conditioning, wheels ranging from 18 to 20 inches, LED headlights, a family entertainment system with two 8-inch screens integrated into the rear seats and much more.
All versions of the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder are equipped with the automatic braking system that is able to apply the brakes for you if there is a risk of collision and you are distracted, and EZ FLEX seats that allow you to change the configuration of the cabin to get even more space.
With the new 2019 Nissan Pathfinder, you also get plenty of cargo space. The cockpit can accommodate up to 7 passengers and with all seats in place you are entitled to 453 litres of cargo space. Lower the last row of seats, and the space climbs to over 1,200 litres.
Under the hood of the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder, a 3.5-litre V6 engine producing 284 horsepower and 259 lb-ft of torque ensures impressive accelerations and plenty of passing power. That's enough to tow up to 6,000 pounds. Best of all, fuel consumption is less than 9.0 litres per 100 kilometres on the highway thanks to the XTronic CVT continuously variable automatic transmission that can transmit power to both front wheels, or all four wheels.
